Refunds
Refunds for Non-working or Damaged Products
If your humidifier arrives and is not in working condition or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at contact@humidifyhub.com. We will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
Refunds for Order Cancellations
You have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
Refunds for Import Duties
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for customers who choose not to pay import duties or taxes imposed by their local customs authorities. Please be aware of your country's regulations and responsibilities regarding import duties.
Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
If you wish to return a product that is in good working condition but you no longer want it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it, by contacting us at contact@humidifyhub.com. While we accept returns for unwanted products, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
